Perm deletion of account - want VIP status back
So (stupid), I permanently deleted my previous account and signed up (with email) for a new one-
On my previous account I had VIP status (monthly subscription through iTunes). When signing up for new, I was asked if I wanted a free month of VIP. So, yeah - I followed the prompts, figuring it’d say you already have it/the app and iTunes would communicate together to see that I just deleted the account and made new. I’d get my VIP status back (since I paid for it, technically), just on a new account (understood power ups, tickets, playlists wouldn’t carry over).
Here we are. Dumb on me, but no VIP status and the developer shows several “pending” charges through iTunes. When I try to just BUY the VIP status outright, I get a purchase error in-app.
I’ve already contacted iTunes who were surprisingly helpful to say that, no, I won’t be charged. BUT, I need to contact the app developer to get my stats sorted. And.. No contact?
Can anybody lead me in the right direction to sort this? Is there a trick to signing back up for VIP?
