    Only players like me answer you here as its a Community Discussion board.  If you have tech issues you can try describing them here and somebody might help or not, I don't play on mobile so if thats what you use I won't be able to help.  Otherwise email them at support@songpop2.zendesk.com

    Point out that your VIP & your SongPop username at the start of your message and make sure you tell them Android or Apple and the versions of the operating system and SongPop game your using and of course description of your problem.
