How does the "Best Matches" feature work?

I am always on the lookout for more players. However, to be more specific I am looking for more players with similar musical interests. All of my opponents have a music compatibility of 60% or higher. I will not accept anything less because I want to play others with similar musical interests.

Everyday we have the 3 suggested opponents because they are similar in our musical selections. Um...no.... they're not. Most of the time the musical compatibility is somewhere in the 55% - 35%. Heck, I get compatibilities as low as 13% over and over before I get to a compatibility of 60% or higher. I took the time to count how many players I skipped until I got 3 opponent suggestions that were similar to myself. You know how many that was? 118 players skipped until I got 3 that were acceptable.

It wouldn't be so off putting if the game didn't specifically say "Looking for players with similar music to yours." Come on, I can select ANY of my current opponents and look at their opponents with similar musical tastes and find more players than I can "Best Player Suggestions."

So what exactly does that featre look for when choosing opponents? It's definitely not an average of my playlists. Is it by location? Is it by how often other players are active? What do you look for, SP, that determines in your mind who is a best suggestion for me? Because it's very flawed and needs to be updated.
