Reward Tickets.. again

So, out of, say.. a month.. I get possibly 2 days I am able to collect tickets? The rest of the month they are "Not available"?  Please fix this, it is so unfair. No, it is not resolved. No, I am not happy about it. Of course there are videos to watch.. for some reason, I am unable to.. again :(

  I so agree same problem here even worse other day I hit level 44 and did not get my  14 reward tickets I was suppsed to get that really tucks me off

  Yes, I had the same problem hitting a level and not receiving tickets. So tired of this. I don't see why I have to pay money to play a free game. We should at least get a daily allotment to use or something.
