Buying playlist when you a VIP??

So since I can pick from any playlist as a VIP...what would be the point of buying them? Am I just wasting coins if I purchase playlists to own?

  I have this question. I’m a long time non VIP player and think if you put real money in the necessity for virtual in-game money dissolves.

  Unless VIP is not intended to be a permanent thing.
