Can't like a song until all the artwork has loaded

It seems the button to like a song doesn't appear until after all the artwork has loaded.  This can be a bit frustrating when response times are poor due to poor connectivity or overloaded servers.  Why not just make the like button show all the time?

This seems to be the case when using the iOS app on my iPhone.
