unblock someone

hi I am trying to unblock someone you click on the face and it says click on opponents on your help page but it only shows current opponents that you are playing if you have blocked someone they will not be on your current opponents list so how do I do it have tried on laptop kindle tablet andaroid phone but its all the same so how do I unbloke someone
