Why can't I hear anything?

I've checked my speakers, they're working fine. I made sure the sound was on, tried with and without headphones but nothing works. The sound is working on all my other Facebook games, so what gives??  I keep losing games just hoping that the sound will start working again but its not, so at that point, I'm just guessing on a 25% chance I'll be right! Also its not my Adobe flash player, as its been updated to most recent. Please fix this!! Thank you

  Hi Nicole, I replied to your other post but now have more info.  Ok so assuming your pc sound is ok I would still try setting up Facebook Gameroom and installing SongPop on that to get you working as quick as possible.  Reboot the PC first and if you have a cleanup program like CC Cleaner run that to.  Doing this may be your best chance as the SongPop version in your browser runs outdated Flash software that could have any number of problems.
