VIP membership issue

I've tried the 1 month free VIP membership and decided I liked it enough to prolong it.

Since it automatically prolonged 1 month which I did not want because it is so much more expensive than an annual VIP membership I have cancelled the automatic monthly VIP membership prolongation and now I am trying to get the annual VIP membership.

Unfortunately I can't get the annual membership, because it says euro 0.00 for the annual membership, I can only choose 1 week, 1 month or 3 months membership.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

  I read elsewhere the annual subscription option was removed for everyone 2 years ago.
