All progress disappeared
We have been using Songpop on a Apple TV for 3 years now and of cause unlocked a ton of stuff. A couple of days ago every thing was gone, looks like you Songpop was updated and that deleted all progress. The app is installed with my apple id and nothing has changed, still using the same user.
How do we get 3 years of hard work back? Suddenly we lost all fun of playing, when we have to start all over.

Same thing happened to me with my smart phone. I can’t tell but it seems like the admins are closing out my requests for support too, claiming they’re resolved, when that’s not true. I’m seriously just trying to get back to where I was and if it involves paying the $4.99 to revive myself, that’s fine! Ingrid didn’t understand my request and whoever got my second one closed it without speaking to me. It’s super frustrating when I’ve been playing this game since they first introduced it 6 years ago. Customer service was great up until recently. I don’t know what’s wrong but it’s bothering me. Perhaps more than it should but — whatever. This is the only game I play.
