End of the week report on wins and losses

This is the second week in a row when I did not get the end of the week report on my wins and losses for the past week and the scroll if players I won against and the report of power ups won. Have you ended that report? Please restore it. I looked forward to getting that summary every week. Is that report time limited? Do you have to log in a certain number of hours after the we3k closes to see it. If so, please tell me what the deal is. Thanks

  For those following this thread who don't speak Portuguese, here's the translation of Ale Andrade's note: 

   "I also, since 3 weeks that I do not receive the result, I would like to know if you could send me the result"

  I have to report that last night I logged into SongPop at 11:30 PM EDT and did receive my weekly report, which I was glad to see. My question is: why do the reports sometimes show up and sometimes not. Does it have to do with when you login after the week closes? Is anyone from SongPop reading these questions?

  I received my report yesterday. Was off the game before 8:00 PM and logged on later. Last week I was logged on and playing at 8:00 and never received the report.

  Tonight, Sunday, July 15 I once again did not receive my week ending report. I got a notification earlier in the evening to check and see the results of the week. I logged in at 11:20 and got immediately put into a game, which I hate. That also happened last time when I didn’t get my Sunday night game report. How do I avoid getting immediately put into a game? And why am I not getting my week ending reports any more?

  Tonight, Sunday, August 12, I once again did not receive my week ending report. I logged in at 10:15 PM EDT which is usually a good time. The last two weeks I logged in before 11 PM and got my week ending reports. In fact, last week I logged in and was immediately put into a game but when the game finished I got my week ending report, which was great. Tonight, however, even though I logged in early  I again got immediately put into a game, which I hate. But when the game finished I was returned to the main screen. I got a new batch of bonus point for my wins -- but I didn't get the week ending summary of wins and losses. What do I have to do to make sure I can always get that on Sunday night. IS ANYONE READING THIS THREAD?
