Cannot Email Songpop for Help Issue

Trying to submit a technical help issue and ever though my email address is clearly correct, it says it is invalid and won't let me send help request.  I have tried on my phone, desktop and tablet.  Have even tried other email address and none are "valid" which I know they absolutely are.

  Can not get tickets from vidios been trying now for 14 days have no tickets to play tourments  thank you.
