Recently I tried to update my profile picture. When I do it crops the picture and the picture appears blurry. Any suggestions??

Same thing just happened to me. I've tried it 10 times and it crops and blurs everytime

I emailed them and was told to uninstall then reinstall the app then upload my picture. Of course it didn't work AGAIN!!

Customer service said this would be fixed with the upcoming update. We'll see as this has been such an annoying problem. I've read some users say that this only occurs with androids.
