‘Preparing playlists’

For the last four hours the game has been showing “Preparing playlists (please be patient, these things take time)”. I’m fearing that I’m going to lose my daily bonus and will be asked to pay to restore it. I think this would be unfair if it’s the case. Would I be able to get it restored for free in this instance?
