Why don't you respond to problems with this game?

This is a fun game until you make sure it's not fair unless you buy your songs.  And then the profile picture disappears.  Then when people try and tell you about the problems they are having, you "never" reply back.  WTH?  BOOO

  Absolutely!!!!    PLEASE answer our problems.

   

   I have been trying to change my email for a year. I cannot find anywhere it tells players how to 

  do this. No one has ever answered any of my many, many emails sent.

  I think you have to go into Facebook / settings / general and change it there.  SongPop gets the email address from Facebook I think.
