No Weekly Results & Power-ups Bonus!?

For the first time ever today,Monday 16th April 2018 @ approx 1am GMT,I received no SongPop2 weekly results and therefore no power-ups associated with the games i won overall against my opponents! I normally receive the weekly results the same time of the early morning every Monday but on this occasion nothing as SongPop2 just goes straight to the normal start-up page. Can you rectify this please and give me the relevant power-ups for my opponent games that i have won! I am including a screen-copy of last week's 'weekly results' which was the last one i received on Monday 9th April 2018. Please help me out here SongPop2!

  This is the second week I didn’t receive any type of weekly bonus. I am a good player and win about 50-60 percent of challenges. I play at least 100 rounds or more per day. Exactly how are weekly bonuses determined?

  I thought by leaving a comment here that i would get some help from an official so this issue can be sorted out asap. No such luck as it happens! Does anyone know how to message them direct with my problem instead of wasting my time on this forum or don't they give a rat's ass?

  Sue Hendrick,weekly bonuses are determined by the number of games won against your opponents and therefore you are credited accordingly with power-ups,which i personally use on the party games only.

  As far as I know, the SongPop Developers have nothing to do with this forum.  I have never seen a reply or any type of response on here from anyone who is officially tied with SP.  The only way to get a response from them is to submit a ticket, explaining what your problem is and they will reply to you by email.  You can submit a ticket from this link:
