I still can't change my profile picture!!!!!!

I have been trying to change my profile picture every day unsuccessfully for over a month and it still hasn't worked! I received an email from SongPop stating that the issue would be resolved, but it still doesn't work. My friends/opponents have changed their pictures so why can't I??? Please fix this issue!! Thanks.

  Since I signed up for the free trial, I have been unable to change my profile picture. When I up load the picture, I see it , but when I try to save it will not. Please help, I used to be able to change it all the time. My user name is Rae C
