Got Cheated When Game Wouldn't Work

Yesterday and today SongPop wouldn't load and, therefore, I COULD NOT play.  (I was not the only person having this problem.)  When it started working today, it said that I missed yesterday. I couldn't play because the game wouldn't load!  It also said I would have to pay 99 cents to get back to where I was (which was about Day 12 (?).  I don't think I should have to pay to get that day because the program wouldn't work so I COULD NOT sign in and play on that day.  Also, since I had made a solid month last month, I got some kind of prize (I don't understand what it is) and it said I would lose that too if I didn't pay the 99 cents.  Since I didn't want to pay the 99 cents, I lost the days that I played this month AND this prize I got from last month.  I don't think that's fair that I should lose things because the game wouldn't load!!!  Is there any way I can get back what I had before your game didn't load and wouldn't let me play even though I was willing to play!
