I had a computer glitch about ten days ago.  It deleted someone I have played with for years that goes by "Emily S".  When I try and re-add her I always get a error message that she has too many challenges already.  Is there some way you can please fix this or return her to my game?

  Will do :)

  Too bad the game remembers loads of information but fails to recognize history between players and that humans still make boo-boo's.

  It would be great if someone from Songpop answered this? I’ve seen messages about this going back to 2016 but no solutions.
