Why did SongPop 2 get rid of my profile picture?

SongPop 2 got rid of my profile picture and no matter what I do, SongPop won't display it.  I have noticed a lot of other people are losing their's too.  It is great to be able to see who I am playing and vice-versa.  Curious..

  I think it's a facebook issue.  I play a couple of other games and no profile pics are coming up on them.

  I have a picture of myself and all my players on my tablet but not my computers

  I won't play with a MEME as my profile pic. I'm not a bot. AND it seems no one can get any help from Song Pop... no way to contact them. We just talk amonst ourselves about Song Pop problems. No support ANYWHERE> I want my money back for all my purchases the last month I haven't used. I won't play this game as a meme/bot.!

  They don't monitor this forum at all.  You get no answers from it.  If you go into the game and click on the contact us tab, you sometimes get answers there.
