I've been trying to change my profile picture for over two weeks and it won't let me. I've been able to change it successfully in the past, so I don't know why it won't work now.

Yes, I have trouble changing mine, too. On my phone, while I was uploading it said "saving" but nothing happened. Then I tried logging out of Songpop to check maybe it will change but no, it was the same damn photo.

I have been trying to change my picture and when I go to save it, the page goes blurry and freezes up. Help!!

I've experienced the same issue! I did email help desk once and had several contacts back and forth to finally be able to change it...but I had to attach my pic on email, which I really didnt want to do. Now I cant change it again! IS THIS A GLITCH THAT CAN BE CHANGED? Thank you.
