Like several other people here, I did not receive all the power ups I purchased in the St Patrick’s Day Sale. I think I received less than half of the 440 I bought for 4,400 points.
Has anyone received the balance of the points they purchased at the sale or the return of their coins? I have an open ticket from two days ago, where I was asked to produce a receipt from my purchase (?!) but still no settlement of the issue, refund, restitution nor a response from team SongPop. 😕
