My problem - no online

Good whatever time of day applies! For me a problem appeared in a game I play with the rivals and for them shows that they were on-line a week ago and even anymore but we played the counted minutes back with them. So what is the matter then? Please help to decide this problem Those who did run into this problem as you decided her? Beforehand thankful for an answer
