Daily Bonus issues

I had a streak over Christmas of 427 days. I did not miss a day, and of no fault of my own, was put back to day 1. After e-mailing back and forth for over a month, and you trying to fix it (was fixed twice, but the next day it would go back to day 1 again) you told me there was nothing you could do...and for "compensation" all you gave me was 200 coins and 10 tickets (which by the way I could earn in an hour myself). I am extremely dissapointed. So now, I keep starting my new streak, and I will get 2 or 3 weeks in, and then it will magically will go back to my original streak (today it was day 469) but tomorrow it will be back to day 1 again. This has happened 3 times this month. Please fix this...it isn't fair and at this point, I am really getting aggravated. I also want to tell that I have been paying for VIP for a long time, and maybe you should take that into consideration...please make this right.
