Is there anyway to contact them to complain? It wasn't working on April 10, 2018, so I lost my day to collect a bonus and had to use a 99 cent save. This is jive.

Mo Fingers,...go to their Facebook page and make a huge post there. That is the best way to get them to email with a reply. I was at Level 6 and lost it all. There is not a lot that you can do,..so I simply made my mind up that I will paly the damn game but NEVER give them one more damn cent of mine to buys Tickets, Power-ups or anything.
