How do I contact SongPop to get a refund of my tickets lost due to a game freezing?

  I emailed them. They were supposed to get back to me. Haven’t heard anything.

  Same thing.  Game freezing during countdown for two days now.

  Yeah every time I am trying to do answer a challenge to my opponents in general game play mode, the game keeps freezing during the countdown every single time, it started happening to me yesterday, what is going on?
