limit the party time from 24 hours to 3-6 hours

it's not only about some players have tickets for playing 24 hours long and some have not. it's also about unhealthy staying awake during the night in the middle of the week to remain distance to 2nd rank. And right now it's a stupid competition who has less real life when you can play 24 hours. So PLEASE reduce the party time!

  It would be nice to have quick parties in addition to the long parties
