    I realize that this was written months ago but I just had to say something and I hope you have gotten this cleared up.

    As far as I know, nobody from SongPop has ever replied here.  Why they told you to come here is complete BS.  Refunding your money or adjusting the game to give you what you have paid for is a SongPop HQ issue.  Nobody will be able to help you here.  SongPop made this forum for us to gripe to each other.  They don't even bother reading it, I can almost guarantee you!

    Hopefully, you received your VIP or you were given a refund.  If you were never properly taken care of then you really should submit another ticket and firmly demand that they handle their business with you.  If they do not reply or if they have the nerve to send you back over here, go to their FB Page and make a complaint on there.  How dare they tell you to come here with this issue!

    Hi Stacy, nice of you to answer questions here.  I agree with all of what you said.  People don't realise this is a forum for player discussion.  Curious how you posted a long comment.  I've had to curtail my help in this forum as my posts are constantly receiving "Pending" status so nobody can see it when I answer.  Its to the point where its almost waste of my time to reply to anything as I seem to have limited characters.  Never used to be like that.

    I submitted a bunch of tickets and they ended up getting back to me, and I got my VIP. It happened a couple of other times with auto-renewal too, I have no idea why. I’m also baffled they told me to to come here, so I made sure that they got back to me haha
