Getting rid of games that are over

90y is it impossible to contact the support team? I have a MAJOR issue going on. I can not get rid of old games! No basket is to the side for me to delete them. The game says I'm playing with 90 opponents when n reality I only have 13 games going! Obviously, it won't let me start any games with anyone else. My cookies and caches are cleared. I've tried 3 times uninstalling the app then reinstalling it again. Nothing works! I'm very frustrated as no one seems to care and I can't find a place to submit a ticket on the problem like other games have!

I am a mothly subscriber and am about to delete the game for good, I have spent quit a bit buying coins but am so frustrated. I cannot delete any old games at all. It shows I have a 100 games but 88 are over.

Hi I will try to help but I need to know how you play the game. What type of device are you playing on? Is it a mobile device or tablet using Android or iOs? or are you playing on a windows or other pc thru Facebook or Facebook Gameroom?

If you are playing on a mobile device have you tried clicking the link in my comment above. It shows how to delete a game in Android/iOs.

I am having the same problem. I'm using a PC. I like the game and I've spent a lot of money, too. TOO MUCH. I'd like to continue playing, but cannot find any way to delete old games. I'm supposed to be able to play 100, but 80 of them are old (6 weeks and over) and I cannot for the life of me find out how to delete them. If there is a way, it seems to be well hidden. If I cannot play, I WILL NOT stay as a VIP member. I also cannot find out how to downgrade my membership. I need an answer soon or I will just contact my bank and ask them to not put through any more charges. SO FRUSTRATING!

I am on the computer and can't delete old games. Did anyone find out how? I deleted the ones with the basket but I have some still showing from over a year ago.

Hi this should be simple matter of scrolling to the bottom of your player list and clicking on "Game Over" against the games you wish to remove. I also play PC so please elaborate if you can't do this.

I've been an inactive player, but just recently came back to start playing again. 🖥 I have A LOT of old game partners that the game is over. I need to know how to delete these, there is no waste basket. The names are not highlighted in red, it's like a translucent faded area in that spot. When I click on Game Over, it takes me back to the page where I have the option to; Shop - - - New Game - - - Party. 😕 I am very limited on the amount of players I am able to challenge at this point. 🖥 Help!
