Issue with Game Not Loading – Need Help

I'm having trouble getting SongPop 2 to load properly. The game either freezes on the loading screen or crashes shortly after starting. I've tried restarting my device, reinstalling the app, and checking my internet connection, but the problem continues.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any tips or solutions to fix this issue?
