SongPop Ad Won’t Close – Stuck & Can’t Get Back to the Game!

Is anyone else running into this frustrating issue? I was playing SongPop, and after an ad played, it just wouldn’t end—no close button, no way to exit! Now, every time I open the game, the ad is still there, completely blocking me from playing.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
✅ Closing and reopening the app
✅ Restarting my phone
✅ Waiting a few minutes in case of a delay

Nothing has worked.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, what’s the best way to submit a support ticket to SongPop? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
