SongPop Ad Not Ending – Can’t Get Back Into the Game!

Is anyone else having this issue? I was playing SongPop, and after an ad played, it just wouldn’t end—no close button, nothing! I’ve tried restarting the app, but every time I open it, the ad is still there, keeping me from getting back into the game.

I’ve tried:

• Closing and reopening the app
• Restarting my phone
• Waiting a few minutes in case the ad had a delay

Nothing has worked.

Does anyone know how to fix this? And how do I submit a support ticket to SongPop? Any help would be appreciated!
