Support Needed: Unable to Update Username on SongPop Community Account

I am reaching out to request assistance regarding an issue that I'm facing an issue with my user name. While creating my account, I put the wrong username and I thought that time It will be changed, so I just avoid it. But now when I navigate to the "My Profile" for further information to make the change, the page appears entirely blank with no content displayed. I am unsure why this issue is occurring and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving it.
