Força RS (support for south Brazil)

A playlist in support of brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul (RS) which is suffering its worst tragedy, a flood that affected the lives of millions of people. Here are some artists from here, that could be included: Elis Regina, Kleiton & Kledir, Almôndegas, Nenhum de Nós, Engenheiros do Hawaii, Nei Lisboa, Papas da Língua, Lupicínio Rodrigues, Adriana Calcanhoto, Vitor Kley, Armandinho, Valéria Barcellos, Hermes Aquino. To make it more "international" there could be other songs with positive vibe, like "I can see clearly now" or "I believe". I think it would be a great action.
