Private Party?

I'm going to my parents home for the holidays, and want to know if there is a way I can do a party with just the people in the house.  Is there a way to create a party, and invite only people from my friend list (instead of play against random users)?

  Why don't you just play snips of real music and do it for real with a stereo if you want to have a party.  Burn some cd's of different genres and randomise the tracks when you either burn or play them so you wont know them either.  Get some whistles with different pitch for the buzzers, they work good as it stops people blurting answers when they have a whistle in their mouth.
