    I have the same problem. Paying does a VIP and not getting the benefits. And it's taking them too long to fix it.

    Same here, taken my money but now getting loads of adverts, shorter clips, not getting access to play lists etc, have emailed, messaged but got no response!! Please get it sorted!!!

    I am having the same issue. Paying for the VIP and not getting it. Love this game otherwise. Really need to fix this. No response to even let you know they have seen the request.

    You have to submit it as a problem via support.  This is the Community forum and all you will get here is comments from other players like myself.

    I have VIP status on my phone It allows me to pick any play list.  But now on my Computer it is not giving me the option to choose any play list. HELP!!

    SongPop on your phone or mobile device is a much later version written in a different language and has many more features.  The PC version played through Facebook is a very out of date version written in Flash.

    Gary thanks so much for replying!! Ok so is there a way I can update it on facebook??? I really hate playing on my phone because it is small compared to computer. Glad I know this, because I would never purchase VIP now since I cant benefit from it using my computer.

    I have been trying to get my VIP Status back after them taking the money from my account today.. This Happens monthly and takes days to fix but yet take the money right away and after several emails and receipts of proof !! DO we get those days reimbursed??? NOOOO!!!!! SO SONGPOP STRAIGHTEN UP OR YOU'LL BE LOOSING MORE PLAYERS I'M SURE that are Having same issues.... Very ANGRY UPSET PLAYER!!!
