Never received my vip for one week and no has responded.

I order my vip for a week in the first week of November. i have did everything they requested and still no answer. how can i resolve this? i probably won't  be spending any more money with them.

  Same here. It came out of my account a week ago yet still isn't showing on my game.

  I have tried messaging them several times and no response.
