buying new lists

After I have enough coins and try to buy a new playlist that i've just used for the first time, its 100 coins off (new ones 399 from 499)  or (299 coins from older lists that cost 399) it won't let me buy them...why?

  I agree and usually they are pretty good with answering emails and now I've had no response
