Ticket gifting - most friends "disappeared"?!?

Today, when clicking on the envelope to ask my friends for SP tickets, most of them weren't listed?!?
Anyone with same issue?

  It seems that with the latest mobile app update (Samsung Galaxy S5 here) the problem got corrected.
