I missed a day & was asked if I would like to retrieve it & I accidentally hit the wrong button and lost all my rewards and boost of experience and now am back at the very beginning is there something that can be done to reverse this please!?

  I'd like to know as well... I just lost mine but I didn't do anything wrong. There was an error when I tried to received twice. Third time, i lost everything.

  I use my laptop to play Song Pop and I am no longer seeing the daily rewards/bonuses but they are on the phone app which I do not use.  Anyone know anything about this?
