Playlist not showing up?

Whenever I go to play against someone, the twenty one pilots playlist NEVER shows up even though I bought it?

  Do you have too many playlists activated? When a playlist I want doesn't show I normally turn off all playlists (have to keep I think 7 activated) so there's more chance of having that playlist show up

  I do have lots of playlists, but it hasn't shown up at all since I've bought it. All my other playlists show up at least once every time I play.

  The playlist is one of the recently new ones if that has anything to do with it?
