    I've been having the same problem for over a week. I have submitted tons of support tickets to the app, to facebook and everything. I'm positive it's not a Facebook issue, since the other games I play I am able to purchase items.   This is the Error message I keep getting:

    Warning
    Couldn't Complete Purchase: We didn't receive all the information we needed from this app to complete your purchase. You haven't been charged for this purchase, so please try again. If you keep seeing this error, contact the app developer.                                                                                                                                    It says to contact the App developer, I have many times, all they keep saying is it's an AppStore issue and they don't deal with the billing.  I never downloaded it from an App Store, I've only played it on Facebook, using my Laptop.  They keep "passing the buck" and nobody can give me a real answer or a way to fix it.
