Find those lost players!

I've noticed that many of you accidentally delete a challenge with someone and then have no way of recovering a game with this opponent. I was trying to think of a way to help you reconnect. So I created this forum. If you lost a challenge with someone, post your username here and whatever information you have about the challenge with this user. That way if someone else is trying to reconnect with you, they might be able to find you on the forum. Make sure you post your correct username.

    Please can you help still my opponent not available to play and he can't play me either as I'm not available to play either.this all down to a game error and nothing been solved.tried uninstall game then reinstall game nothing please can you help ?

    I have the same problem. My opponent is still not available. This happened for the second time with the same opponent. Sharing my username with this friend doesn't work, uninstalling sp doesn't work and we still don't have any useful answer how to reconnect. Any new information would be appreciated, thanks.

    This has happened to another opponent I know aswell.weve tried sharing username aswell and like you nothing has worked.ive emailed SP loads and information hasn't worked it's so annoying.im beginning to give up because this has been 5 wks and still nothing is working.if I have any new info I will let u know same with you because I miss playing my opponent.lets hope this problem gets solved soon

    I accidentally deleted a player! It says now I can rechallenge them in 6 days! This is absolutely absurd that anyone should be punished for a mistake! I spend a Lot of money here for tickets and power up or coins whatever they are but they are not cheap and you never get any deals, but you get penalized for accidentally deleting an opponent! No way I emailed them and if that's the case I'm deleting the game and i will be done! Geez I am not even that harsh on my kids!!! Thanx, Di

    Has anyone been able to solve this? I can’t believe that this problem has its own category but that no one from Songpop has ever responded with an answer in two years!
