Frank Ocean just released 2 new long-awaited albums. Thus, the timing seems right! He is a great singer. Beside his 4 works, he also has been featured in a couple of songs from other artists.

Cudi is a very complete artist. Been a rapper, an RnB singer, tried (sucessefuly or not) his alternative rock style... been around for a couple of years and his frequently featured in other people's songs, specially on hooks and back vocals.
