  Accidental deletes can be so frustrating! Hopefully, you and Marc W can reconnect soon it sounds like you had a good start. On a side note, I work in food packaging https://sandwichwrapspaper.com/, and I’ve seen how even small mishaps can impact things. But with a bit of effort, everything can usually get back on track. Wishing you luck reconnecting!
