Not getting tickets- few videos to watch

Does anyone have a problem with getting tickets? I can only get 2-3 a day lately.

Why is so? I used to get up to 8-9 a day.

  I am also having this problem on the computer. When I play on my phone they show up just fine but sometimes i want to play on the computer and after I get a couple tickets they quit showing up and its really annoying.
