If you're using the mobile app, go to Settings->Edit Your Profile. From there you can enter a manual location that will override the automatic one which might be inaccurate.

I have the same problem as Trisha.  Can someone post a solution? Does anyone actually respond to these issues?

For over a year my profile showed New York, NY. Yesterday it changed to Larchmont (or something like that) NY. I have no idea where that is. How can I change it back?

I want to change my location, but I don't have a location box on my profile, so how do I go about changing my location.

My location has always been Sydney AU. For the past couple of days it has been saying I am in Perth. There is NO edit location box in my profile. It is obvious that nobody bothers to respond to this issue.

Ok this problem is caused because of the way your internet connection is routed thru the network servers which tell Songpop approximately where you are.  It is not usually the fault of Songpop as they are given an incorrect location code to work with.  This can happen due to normal changes by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) OR because you have installed security that disguises your internet connection ie a VPN (Virtual Private Network).  If you have VPN security it will wrongly report your location to SongPop unless you override it with a manual setting.  This may be possible in the VPN but probably defeats the purpose of it.  In mobile SongPop you can edit your location in your profile by simply typing over it what you want it to say.  You can also disable display of your location in privacy settings in both mobile and pc Songpop.  Be aware that using a VPN can throw you into the wrong regions parties. Regions I know of are Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.  If you are playing parties in the wrong one you can be banned by Songpop.

I cannot edit my profile on the PC, which is where I play SongPop. There should be an edit profile function on the PC profile which enables me to change the location.  I did disable the display of the location, but I don't see why I should have to do that. As for parties, I don't play them, as I never got any rewards, athough presumably my 'region' would still be Asia/Pacific as it thinks I am in Perth.

If you try mobile first log into Songpop thru Facebook that day and collect your daily bonus there. If you don't you will permanently lose your bonus streak

As I said, I don't play SongPop on my phone. I get my bonuses on the PC. But I never got any rewards when I tried to play parties. But it doesn't matter. Obviously I can't update my location on the PC.

Recognize patterns: play wordle encourages you to recognize patterns in arranging letters and associating them with words. This skill can help you spot patterns and correlations in many situations.
