    I've been a loyal SongPop user for years, but I recently made the mistake of creating an additional account on Facebook. Despite deleting it, I still can't access my old account. Any suggestions on how to resolve this and regain access to my original account? Thanks in advance for any help! Drift Boss

    Dear please Clear Browser Cache and Cookies Sometimes, stored cookies or cache data might cause login issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try logging into SongPop again with your old account.

    If you're having trouble accessing your old SongPop account after creating and deleting a new Facebook account, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, your browser might still be holding onto the information from the new account. Clearing your cache and cookies can help reset this. Here’s how you can do it depending on your browser:

      • For Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
      • For Firefox: Go to Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
      • For Safari: Go to Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
    2. Use Incognito/Private Browsing Mode: Open a new incognito or private browsing window and try logging in again. This mode doesn’t use your existing cookies and cache, which might help bypass the issue.

    3. Log Out of Facebook: Make sure you are completely logged out of Facebook. Then, try logging into SongPop again and manually enter the credentials for your old account.
