    Same exact problem here! Have not received a receipt from iTunes but have exact screencap saying I already purchased VIP. Have been checking since yesterday but have received neither ticket nor email confirmation. Very displeased with customer service.

    Same problem also. Purchased VIP on December 3rd and have not received VIP status. Feel like I'm being ripped off. Does Song Pop care?

    Those who have iTunes: Why are you not submitting your unresolved to iTunes in order to get your refund? Everything you need to do (which is, literally, a few clicks and your reason for the dispute)... (Plus, you'll get credit for it much, much faster that route than you will complaining about it to other users!)
