No help but the same thing has happened to me as well. I payed 499 for a "Best of Beatles" playlist that I cannot play. It isn't even in the stores anymore. We should either get our money back or get to keep the playlist whether it is being sold anymore or not.
Same here. No Beatles in my rotation for over two weeks. I notified SongPop and they said they would fix the problem, but so far, no Beatles. I also signed up for 6 free trials, which have not shown up in my rotation. Very frustrating, as the Beatles are my strongest category.
Good question Cindy. It sure doesn't look like they do. I sent them a request through my email. There is a "Submit a request" link at the top of the page.
